Holy crapples...mine was simple...was throwin after a drive that went ob...well I was next to a stop sign...wasn't thinkin right and didn't realize that my follow through was that violent, but I smacked the stop sign post with the back of my hand and split it open...my hand not the post...hurt like hell...
Broke my right ankle 7 times while playing Frisbee and Disc Golf. I finished my round the last 3 times I broke it because I knew I would not be playing for awhile afterwards. I finally had to have a lateral reconstruction to the right ankle if I wanted to walk again. Today it is better than new.
Also like Neilo, I smacked the back of my hand on a tee post that was too high and too close for my follow through. Bloody swollen mess. Started to play left handed to finish the tourney. NEVER QUIT!!!!!!
The 10 year old girl story is bad. I try not to hurt other people, only myself.
Today I slipped off the 7th tee at my home course and landed on a pile of old rough concrete and gashed my hand open. Parred the hole at least. Lol
twisted my ankle in a rabbit hole. clocked in the side of the face by my mom. smacked the crap out of my hand on a tree. got a rash thing from the grass on hole 17 at rolling hills. get it every time i go in it. i wont go in it anymore
About two yrs ago I was driving a hole and my plant foot slipped on some sand on the tee, that ankle twisted, when I fell my other ankle somehow ended up under my but and I landed on it, and to top it all off I had my leatherman on my belt and it caught on the concrete and jambed up into my ribs and bruised them real bad, the ankle injuries healed fast. that rib injury was painful for months!
My disc golf injuries have been somewhat self-inflicted; I tear up muscles in my arm and back from not stretching well enough before throwing hundreds of times in a tournament. Been seeing the chiropractor for years now. Its amazing how my elbow or shoulder hurts all because of my back / bad posture. He does not approve of my backpack straps/bag.
There is a guy from Lawrence, KS who's taking surveys and trying to come up with a more ergonomic bag/straps. Hope he's successful or I'm going to have to resort to limiting my disc selection and carrying a smaller bag FOREVER!

Just finished taking a week-long break because of a sharp pain in my shoulder after a 2-day in Emporia. Going out to throw for the first time again today. We'll see how that goes....

Glad I never broken anything or gotten bloodied on the course though. I'm very leary of signposts or trees that are too close for my follow-through; had a couple close encounters.
Did myself in this year. Somehow managed to tear a muscle in my palm while driving backhand. Instead of letting it heal I continued to throw and the adjustments caused something similar to carpal tunnel. Hasn't been a good season. I am now starting to learn to play left handed though, that could come in handy some time.
