I just acquired a 168 gram, lemon yellow, prototype, 2010 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships, Lemon Lake, promotional Innova "Star" Katana from "The Disc Depot" in Portland, OR. I already have a 175 Champion and a 168 Pro Katana 2010 Japan Open promotional disc. Does anyone know when these are suppose to be released to the public? I think the Katana is going to replace all of my turnover disc. They are fast and very under stable.

Watch the discraft distance videos, Get the Climo-Feldberg instructional video, watch the pros on you tube. Check out jaylewisstl he has technique videos on you tube. Also look at Dan Beato driving instructions on you tube.

Have you tried sidearm? That swing is from the same side as your ball golf swing.

Played ball golf for years, played high school and college. Was introduced to the disc golf in 2007 and am now totally hooked. I play disc golf at least 2-3 times a week. Have two small boys that I've introduced to the game as well. I wish I knew about it when I was their age. I may play ball golf about twice a year. I love this game, I love the people who play. My biggest issue is power. So frustrating that I haven't been able to figure it out yet. I may throw 250, 275 max. If anyone has any suggestions on books or vids please let me know. 2009 has been really my first year where I'm taking the time to practice and work on my game. I'd like to start playing tournaments next season.

Dude dont use hot glue.... a piece of duct tape is all you need... do it b4 you go outside when it gets really cold.
