A bad day of DG is better than a good day of work.

Im heading off to the OD tour Finals this weekend, and lucky me we still got a few more events left here in southern Ontario. I plan on playing all winter long.

Our club actualy holds league in the winter, all glowie rounds due to lack of daylight.

Yes it is true, I am a disc golf junky. I have built 4 baskets for my back yard putting green and at least 10 for friends and family. I play at least 3 times a week and play in every tourney I can. Most of the tourneys in my area are over and I'm already feeling a little sick. It's an addiction I never want to get rid of.

My boss called me in his office and said he wished I had the same passion for my work as I had for disc golf. Like that even comes close in comparison.

I dont mind playing in the rain, as long as I'm prepared for it. Maybe we will get a nice easy winter with not to much snow.

I have furthed my addiction of disc golf by playing mini now too.
If ya havent done it ...do it ...it is so much fun.

We just had the Kalamazoo Championship on Saturday and the Battle Creek Championship on Sunday. Both tournies utilizing two different courses. And...as it is in Ontario...rain, rain, rain. A wam rain, but rain none the less. It has not stopped. Combining hard steady rain with light showers and sprinkles. One of our local courses is half flooded and unplayable. According to the weather service...nice weather is on the way. Meaning next week.
Geologically...we are not that far from one another, so you should be getting some of the same. Until then...keep the Dragon handy.

Mr. Hardcore,
Your other forum I thought was a bit lewd for this site although I new where you were coming from. This new one sounds more toned down and I am inviting myself in. Thank you.

Talk about being addicted ... I almost made my first ace today ... skipped off a root and hit the halo, went straight down, off the edge of the basket and rolled out.... ive never been that excited and pissed off at the same to ... my friend I was with said if you wernt addicted before you are now ... increased my addiction for this game 100% after ringing the chains on my drive... I consider myself very lucky I live just a few blocks away from my home course ... MORE DISC GOLF!!!!
