I switched to the soft magnet for spin putts this year. Coincidentally, I also started hitting long puts around the same time. I still use a wizard for my push putting inside 10m. But for anything outside, or requiring and anny bend, the soft magnet comes out. I also break it out for most anhyzer shots that are under 200'. A beautiful disc.
The only drawback thus far is I use black putters. I discovered this summer (while in the midwest) that the black soft magnets like to melt when the temps rise.

Iv only got one but it works great for the longer putts, I would like to find some old used ones. Dont like the way the new plastic feels

I made the switch, this year, from Aviar to Magnet - I'm an idiot for waiting so long! I'm a little disappointed with the speed with which the Pro D magnets get beat in - I'm currently awaiting the arrival of my first Z Magnet (so we'll see if that's an option for me) in the mail - maybe today when I get home =)

Seriously...does anything fly better? I want to throw these 400+ so I can pull all my drivers outta my bag!!!!! Until then, I'll settle for throwing these babies a straight 300'.

i have a few z magnets, i liked them for about a week but grew out of them. i use soft magnets now for long putts, forehand putts and straight or turnover drives. other wise i use a soft challenger for putting and right to left driving.
