how to throw this disc

well mabe this shouldnt be a club but anyway,
i just want to know how people break in the epic and how they tune it and why cant i throw it like 400ft like some other people claim.. man what i wouldnt do to have it do that .......
any pointers would be great...

You don't need to break it in/tune the disc. If you want to throw it far you have to throw it like a baseball. Throw it with the Biggest part of it forward and the small part back with your hand in the middle. Put your thumb in the rim and throw it like a pitcher.
