I've got backups, but I want more. I hit an ace fund at league this year on a FH shot with my Star FB. Overhands, hyzers, headwinds, flicks and tricks - such an invaluable disc in the bag.

I lost my champion firebird this year. Looked like it landed right next to the pin, but never found it. Even my disc retrieving labs couldn't get a bead on it. Since, I've replaced it with a new 175 champ (the 12X doesn't seem to fly like the 11X, then again I haven't been throwing it for a year and a half) and a 175 star. The star isn't quite as stable, but has really helped my overhand game. I find I don't like the courses where I don't have to pull one of them out at least once.

I had a scary moment. I lost my Firebird on Sunday for about 5 holes until someone called. My game went to sh*t during those scary moments. I immediately ordered 2 the next day for back ups. I hope that never happens again. I felt so lost without my trusty Firebird who had given me a fairway ace from about 175 earlier the same day.

Almost aced hole 16 @ River Ranch during our spring tournament, RHBH hyzer hit the side of the basket of the fly. So close... 174g yellow Pro.

I have used a firebird as my sidearm disc for 3+ years now, and I will use it for many more to come

I only carry one, but it's a really nice CE FX, bright orange and does alot of wonderful things for me.
