Leonard seized #1 from Mike during the MIDGC finals during the singles round at Newaygo State Park on May 16th, and then defended it again at both Newaygo and Nunn's today (May 31) adding a total of $7 to the fund.

There is now $9.00 in the tag challenge fund. (thanks to challenges by Mike (3), Tom Nunn (3), and Jason Wieczorek (1).

Next defense most likely on Tuesday at the opening night of the BR Summer Disc Golf League.

Congratulations to Mike Politz on earning the most points this weekend in the MIDGC#3 and winning the right to begin the 2009 Bulldog BagTag season with #1!

Let's start a Bulldog BagTag Challenge Bank. Anytime a player challenges for the #1 tag, the loser of the challenge must pay the winner $1.00 and kick in $1.00 to the Bank!. We'll collect dollars from now until the first weekend of November in 2009.

Then, we'll use the singles round from the shorts during MIDGC #3 to award the final tags. The person shooting the best score will finish the season with #1 and so on. We'll payout 50% of the Bulldog Bank to #1, 30% to #2 and 20% to #3!. (In the event the holder of #1 does not show up for the finals, first place money will be awarded to the holder of the lowest number present and so forth).
