Something like that just happened to me a few weeks ago. I was using the damn thing, couldn't pull the disc. Threw the retrieved in the back of the Mule and went on with the round. Well, it fell out somewhere on course. There was a group behind us. I asked those guys the next day if they had happened to see the retriever. They had seen. They picked it up. They used it, got it stuck in a pond (string snapped) and left it there! Just saw the guy yesterday, brought up the whole "So you found my retriever, lost it and haven't replaced it yet?" thing. Apparently, he didn't feel responsible. Help me Oprah!

I lost mine today, fell out of my bag during a tournament after I snagged 4 discs out of the water for other people. I started shooting like crap and didn't even notice it was gone until I got home. So Much for Karma.

I sure could use this. If for some reason you can't get you disc back because you can't even see it, put it all behind you by watching the latest Disc Golf Monthly episode, enjoy!

Definatelty worth the investment if you consistantly play Trophy Lakes. Mine paid for itself a couple of months after getting it a couple of years ago.

I keep one in my bag and a baseball. One for the water and one for the trees. I suck! J/k

I've even used it to retreive a disc from the roof of the University.

i made my own, used the solid stainless steel rod out of a hinge and bent and welded it together.

Here is my retriever! Not quite the size to fit in the bag, but gets the job done nonetheless!!!
