What's Your Holster of Choice

I'm a big fan of Kydex paddle holsters....I have 3 Blade Techs and 1 Fobus.

These don't conceal as well as an "in the pant" holster....I did have one for a Berretta 85F...I didn't like it, not real comfortable...plus I had it slip a few times.One day in a Home Depot...loading some 2x4's....I had to catch my gun before it hit the floor...Not good!!! I never had a Kydex paddle holster slip.

I have a nice Galco leather belt holster...very comfortable..good retention but eventially the leather does stretch.

I also have a break-a-way vertical shoulder holster that I'll wear very very rarely...Looks cool, but not very practical...anybody that has any real training with personal protection tactics involving drawing from concealment..knows these actually suck.

What do you use?

I just use a protech canvas holster for me 380. It is small, light and allows me to wear anything. It fits inside the pants. I also have two full size one for my 1911 and p95. Both have an extra pocket for an extra clip. Nice if I am camping or hunting. The paddle holsters are nice. One of my friends has one for his glock, but for now I will just use my bulging waistline to keep my gun secure. J/K

My Holster is made by High Noon Holsters in Palm Harbor Florida. The take 6 weeks to make but worth the wait. They make it custom to fit whatever you have. I also have a Galco for back up.
