2009 HOMEGROWN TOUR JULY26th SCORES AND POINTS

A word from "THE CHUCKSTER": We had 128 people come out to the Country Course to measure their skill against the competition on a blistering day in July. Toomes was the big winner of the day by scoring an ace on hole B which was also the "Community CTP" hole, taking home $358. The scores were tight in every division, a huge improvement over the past several years. It is nice to see fair competition in all divisions, no sandbagging means more fun for everyone and more growth for the sport we LOVE!

Remember that the next HGT event is less than 2 weeks away at Knotty Pines in Winston Salem. Todd Gillihan has put a lot of work into his course over the past year to make it more accommodating for the large crowds associated with the HGT. In talking with him yesterday, he mentioned that he also has improved his t pads over last year as well, making the course even more enjoyable.

Once again I would like to thank ALL OF YOU for your participation in making the HGT the BEST THING GOING IN DISC GOLF.
