The groove is by far the longest distance disc in my bag.

I have three, all champion, one is a x-out champ and I got it at 168g. I don't like the max weight ones, but then again...I haven't played with it a lot to break it in. I must say, at first throws I didn't care for it as it didn't seem to fly like the stats stated, but as it broke in it is much better now.

I love my grooves. they are both 168g and they fly great. i like the hard fade after the slight turn in the flight.

My apologies, December 2008 is when I started playing.

I have been playing since December 2007 and bought a Groove to learn with. I started out releasing it flat but it would turn and dive hard left for me. 3/4 through the round I started putting some Anny on it and it goes really really well. I obviously do not have enough snap on it to fly it straight. But, it is a good disc and one to learn on for sure. I avg 300 ft with all my other drivers. I am keeping it, Iike it.
