The groove is by far the longest distance disc in my bag.

I have three, all champion, one is a x-out champ and I got it at 168g. I don't like the max weight ones, but then again...I haven't played with it a lot to break it in. I must say, at first throws I didn't care for it as it didn't seem to fly like the stats stated, but as it broke in it is much better now.

I love my grooves. they are both 168g and they fly great. i like the hard fade after the slight turn in the flight.

I finally bought a "Groove" before the "Ice Bowl" Westmoreland Disc Golf, Eugene, OR, and so far I love it!!

Frustrated with mine. I avg. about 330ft with my wraith and can't get my groove to flip or turn at all. Honestly it is considerable more overstable than my boss and my boss is still not broken in. I realize there is a break in period but to claim it to have sidewinder monarch characteristics.....no way. I even had a buddy try and tune it. The same buddy throws 400+ and got a slight hyzer release to stand up before fading. So he could flip it I imagine but I can't. Totally disappointed. I could understand if I were throwing 250ft but I'm at 330+ and it is touted a "weaker arm" disc. Maybe just a bad stamp......
