can anyone tell me the plastic changes from 8x up to the current 12x?  i am pretty sure that the 10x has a stiffer plastic and glossier, smoother finish compared to the 12x but how about the 11x or 8x aviars?

First off, please let me know if you have any 8X Aviars for the fact that I believe that they never existed.

But the difference between the plastics is definitely noticeable from year to year.

The 9X Aviars are the original Big Bead Mold in the Stiff, Glossy KC Pro Plastic.

The 10X Aviars are the stable Aviar X Mold in the Stiff, Glossy KC Pro Plastic.

The 11X Aviars are the stable Aviar X Mold in the Firm, Grippy KC Pro Plastic.

The 12X Aviars are the stable Aviar X Mold in the Stiff, Waxy KC Pro Plastic.

The 10X are the most durable but the 11X are the grippiest of the Aviars.

I hope that answers your question.
yeah that helps alot, thanks. about the 8x existing, i hope they do because i recently ordered a collectors disc from clearwaterdiscgolf store and it was titled pre-named 8x kc pro. it has no stamp on it and they claim that innova wont let anything leave without a marking so it has KC AV written in marker on the top. ill be getting the package shortly. is there any signs to help let me know if it might be maybe a 9x or 10x?
