The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Back when I first picked up the sport I was involved in some doubles action at NE Coachman Park in Clearwater (94/95?). I was by far the weakest player in the group so they grouped me with the infamous Climo. Not only did we destroy the competition but we also tied the course record, which was something like 52 down (don’t hold me to this, it was a long time ago). The most memorable moment of that fateful day was when I out drove Mr. Climo on one of the back 9 (13?). It was a day for the history books. Long live disc golf, long live Ken.

That's awesome man, I'de love to play a round with the king. Out driving him though? I would get him to sign my disc or something haha.
He shanked and I was in the right place at the right time. Sadly, at the time I didn't realize the significance of that round.
awesome story!
Is he a member on here?
I have beat Kenny half the times I've played against him. Of course I've only played against him twice and one was his worst finish ever.
as the story is true, clearly the score is not. sorry to those of you that actually thought we shot a score of 2 in one round of doubles....52 under par??? come on guys, use your heads and don't take yourself so seriously. throw more discs.
