Depends on the setup but I really like the long dogleg left along the houses on the back course.

My company's home office is in Canoga Park. I get out there about once a year and have only played La Mirada a couple times. My favorite hole is Hole 13 Lakeside with the mando between the trees. The reason is simple, the last time I played there, I nailed the mando dead center with the right speed and height on my drive to nail the chains. However, it bounced out, not sure how, but it did, almost aced it but not quite. Still, love that hole.
My favorite is 6 on the back, especially in the afternoons with a slight headwind. It's long and wide open but still technical (if you play mandy on the left tree and rt of the gutter OB). It seems like its always cool there on hot days, its far enough back to avoid most park-goers on busy weekends, and I watched Val Jenkins do it in 2 last year when the basket was on the island. If I were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one dg hole with me - that would be it.
