STRIKER (GOOOOOOAL!) 11 Replies

I liked this disc right outta the box when I got one a while back.  And now that they have made them in lower weights, I like 'em even better.  Like an eagle-teebird hybrid with more speed.  Continue

The Fuse 18 Replies

For me this disc is a perplexer.  In calm conditions it's the Fuse- does anything you ask w tons o' glide.  In the wind it's the conFuse:  But that's probably my fault (bad form etc...) Continue

Pure Genious!

Got a Zero Line Pure the other day. First off, the zero line plastic is so grippy! way more than any innova plastics. It's rigid with a bit of flex to it and is extremely flat top. Nice low profile a…Continue

I hadn't seen any pinks that light...cool

I am sure you'll be flingin' that Havoc just like the good ol' days....just stay the H*ll outta that klepto park!

So you sold me on another Havoc El K, just picked it up from DTW. I got a 168g Opto in the pink color that is the same as my Opto Pain I had with me last week. Can't wait for lunch tomoroow to play Twila.

Thanks, Hanne

How far do you think you threw them?

Also: Did you try hyzer-flipping them for distance?

Comment by Hanne Tosterud on April 18, 2011 at 5:47pm
I got them and tried them today! They are a bit understable, but instead of flipping over all the way they came a bit back at the end. It says fairway driver on the discs, and I think that is correct, becouse they was not flying as far as my other discs. I am not really sure if the Diamond will replace my Sidewinders, Beast or Katana yet, but I will test them some more. They look really nice! And the smaller rim was not something that bothered me. The disc feels like something in between a midrange disc and a driver when you hold it. I had more trouble with the 146g disc than the 153g disc, but that was expected. Perhaps it will be a good disc for shorter straight drives in the wood, or shorter anhyze drives.

Any reviews of the Diamond?

I won a skillshot basket and since I already have a Mach 3 in my yard I was thinking of e-baying it. So there might be SOME pay involved. At the Pro Spring Fling a guy won a skillshot in the hole in one contest and then won a $500 green anodized Mach 5 in the raffle! Bastard.

Yeah...and there certainly isn't any pay in it.

I stand corrected.
