New Bill on the Senate floor.

The Democratic Rep from Mass has proposed a bill that would make the possesion of under 100 grams of Mary Jane legal under Federal Law. It would still be illegal to sell or grow. Just thought I would pass this along.

Good for them! This is retarded for people to be going to jail over dime bags and joints. My brother did a year locked up because he was smoking a joint in his car within 1000 feet of a school. Im not for smoking while your driving, but a year!!! are you kidding me. I would even go as far as to say 1000 grams is a little much, but anything to keep the petty use out of jail, Im all for.
