Ease of use,
Friendly people on the phone....
Things happen, but the ease of a great company behind its product.
Good luck on hold forever with our PC. Where did you buy it...
Back up of an awesome product.
Customer Service is the Key.

Never had to replace the battery, the hard drive or the power cord on any of my PCs. Guess Macs are better if you like battery and hard drive failures.

Also, last year the battery would not hold its charge.
Replaced. FREE.

Here is a good article based on facts, btw.
title: Apple’s Snow Leopard Is Less Secure Than Windows, But Safer

the summary? you are safe only because mac's have such a small market share. if it keeps growing, good luck :)

You know, the best way i can put it is this: There is not one single thing a mac can do that a pc cannot. However, the reverse is FAR from true. Anyways, nuff said, its all about personal preference. If you know what you are doing, you can actually hack OS X onto commodity hardware, and presto, you have everything you like about a mac without the MAC TAX, heh.

Mac Powerbook since 2006. Not ONE problem. Worth the "extra" money. "Extra" as in "how much for a computer that costs me 3-4 hours a week of headaches". Time IS money, sanity is worth even more money! I'm not a PC hater, just a convert.
