Is it too soon to contact someone from the city about 'chipping' the MBD course? There are a lot of cut and downed trees there waiting to be put to use. And the course is really in need of this low-cost finishing touch.

Latest word is that the contractor is planning to begin construction of the course on Monday, September 14.

Any recent news on permanent baskets going in? I can't wait for this course to be back in action.

Can we get an update on the status of the course? Played it today with a portable basket but whats the word on permanent baskets?

Had a quick walk around at the "new" course last Saturday (burrrrrrrrrr!) and its great to see things shaping up. Couldn't find much signage for the first few holes but the holes up on the hill are nice from the few I saw. Should be a much prettier course and the redesign adds needed variety. Looking forward to some baskets being in the ground.
