The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Hi, folks -

Hope this finds all Michiganders warm and dry. Hold on a few more weeks and at least the Mud season will be upon us...

Just wanted to let folks know that thanks to a local disc golfer, the residents of the Traverse City area will be able to enjoy Disc Golf Live video magazine on their local access channel. Woot! The station has several shows in hand and new shows will be added to the line-up as they're produced.

Thanks to Todd for facilitating broadcasts; the whole DG community in the area will benefit.

Lots of other community and public access stations in the state. My program DVDs are available at no cost for folks who want to submit the show locally for broadcast.

Best regards to all!

Just a quick update for folks in the greater Traverse City area. The public access station serving your town is no more. In its place is a way bigger one! (Still found on channel 2.) Here's a link: http://www.upnorthmedia.org/

This station reaches a full TEN COUNTY area:

Grand Traverse

Ten whole counties! Who said there's no disc golf on TV? You just have to live in the right place. Next time you see Todd Lewis give him a pat on the back and thank him for facilitating broadcasts of Disc Golf Live at the station.

And thank the folks at Innova and the PDGA for their support of Disc Golf Live video magazine.
