Deerfield Fund Raising

Since the plans have been OK'd by the County, the next step is to find friends and businesses that are willing to help pay for baskets, lumber, cement, etc. Jordan has created a Donor Letter and Pledge Sheet and I have attached it to this discussion. As you find donors, keep Jordan informed of your progress. Let's start shaking the bushes! How sweet would it be to hold the J-Bird Open out there on the 4th of July!!

Just to get this thing rolling, we have one donation from the Club from last year. We also have a second hole sponsor from Nancy and me. If possible, I would like Hole#2. Not sure how these will be determined. I thought the club should be on either 1 or 4 for high visibility. Anyways, that's 2! Only 16 more!!

WooHoo!!!
Our church, Mt. Pleasant Church of the Nazarene, will be sponsoring a hole!!
It just got approved at the board meeting tonight!!
Would like hole #13, over the water, if possible.

Jordan - I'll get the check and paperwork to you as soon as it's all ready

Nice work, Josh and Nikki!! You might have to play rock, paper, scissors with J-Bird though. I think he wants the water hole too! I mean, do you really want a church-sponsored hole to be the one where people will be doing the most swearing? ;-)

No biggie if J-Bird called dibs on it. If not 13 how about hole 12 or 8?
I think the club should get hole 4 as well.
