Hey everyone, I have finally gotten the City to agree to pick up all of the garbage at Knollwood as long as we collect it, and put it in bags. So on Sunday, May 17th, at 1 pm, I am gathering a group of people to scour every inch of Knollwood. We need people, and supplies including wheel barrows, rakes, shovels, heavy duty tools to scrape glass out of the ground, and garbage bags. The more people that come to help, the faster you'll be able to play a round or two on a clean course! So please, tell anyone that cares to hear about it, and most of all, please come out and help us make Knollwood beautiful.

Is 1979 old school enough? I love throwing the old lids. I bought one of them new fangled discs in the mid eighties. Darn thing sank to the bottom of the Grand River soon after I bought it. Didn't get another one till 1994 when Cold Brook went in in Kalamazoo.

Been throwing since 1966. Old school for sure. I love the lids.

I've been a PDGA member for 29 years - 30 this summer. Joined when I was 17. I probably started playing4 years before that, hitting mailboxes and trees as targets.

But I'm still playin'.
