How has the Assassin fit into your bag? I have adopted the Assassin as my primary long range control driver. I currently carry 5 Assassins in my bag.

I find the Assassin to be similar to the Eagle ... but longer if need be, and maybe a little less fade than an Eagle X ... more like the Eagle L.

I threw one of the new long-range driver prototypes yesterday and it was very impressive. First thing I noticed was it's faster and longer than the Assassin. It reminds me of the Beast, or even a Wraith. I think it's going to be a great disc, and unlike anything else Gateway has in the long-range driver mold right now ... very promising mold.
Love my Assassin. Use it primarily for long, right benders.
I have had a Quest Scream in my bag for some time and was not very good with it, I have been throwing it more an dmore and liking it more and more. great disc.... i also have and throw the assassin, which is the very same disc as the scream. Works great with my side arm throw for left turns.
Yeah, if the new driver is like Dave says it will become my primary long range driver...longer faster Assassin??? I throw my Assassin as far as others throw their Xcal, Destroyer, Wraith, TeeRex and so on. The only disc that has beat my Assassin was a Boss thrown by one of our biggest arm pro players. I could really use that new driver if it flies like the Assassin....guess I'm calling Dave when they get approved.
Just tried out Gateway's new driver, the Apache. It's like a more stable version of the Assassin. I'm definitely going to throw it in my bag when we get in our order. Some will be available in player's packages at the Dexter Open on May 16th.
