29 of us showed up for our local Ice Bowl at Stanton Park, Canyonville, OR. Huge thanks go out to Steven Wright (aka "wileyvet") for putting on an awesome event.
I was less than a foot behind acing the 75' mini hole, using my brand new Ice Bowl mini, nonetheless. I would have been so stoked to get to write an ace on a mini! lol
The hula-hoop hole was a hit, as it is every year. Mr. Lee (the Innova Viking and Leopard artist) and I hung two hula-hoops, one about 25' out from the tone sitting on the ground, and the other was about 50' out from the tee, hung right in the sweet spot for the perfect drive right down the middle. If you or your partners disc goes through a hoop, then that throw is not included in the stroke total for the hole. It was possible to score a zero!
Some discs were lost due to the harsh snowy conditions . . . and the river!
Great time overall; check out my ice bowl pics or go to www.discgolforegon.com
