Southeastern Amateur Championship - Aug 30 - Sept 1

Please visit www.SoutheasternAmateurChampionship.com to get all the current information on the largest disc golf event in the state. There is a boat load of information on the site explaining the new approaches we are taking to provide participants with a premier event. Remember to check for updates on the site as additional information will be posted as it becomes available. Please keep in mind that this is an A-Tier event and all players must be current on their PDGA membership.

There are two new holes on each course (4 total) for the tournament which will be installed this weekend, the pads are already in. You'll have to judge the value of them once played.

The holes were out there for you to see, but you had to know were to look :-)

Was out at Turkey Lake today, as were several others. Understand there will be 2 new holes out there.

A shame that they were not out there, for us to see.

Hope that do T2 justice and are not just filler ins.

OK, The Orlando Open is just about full at 200 people. Here are the available slots as of late Monday Oct 1. Other divisions can still go through registration process to get on the wait list (you won't be charged)

1 Open/Pro Masters/Pro GrndMstrs
5 Intermediate
2 Adv. Grandmasters
1 Recreational or Novice
2 Adv. Women
1 Intermediate Woman/Rec Woman/Adv Masters Woman

Tomorrow - Sat the 29th: No gate fee at Bill Ferderick and no non-member fee at handicap. Plus, once we hit 20 people there will be 8 ctp's!

Just finished signing up! Proud to sponsor this year again!

Spotted a few 'slackerificusessss' @ Reed Canal yesterday.... find that they tend to hang out at disc golf courses on a regular basis.

They tend to be hanging out at these strange 'barbeque' looking devices placed around the park...
