About this Sunday:

Understand this format will decided in thirds.

3 divisions.

Lowest division ALL NEWBIES no exceptions

Middle division will be mostly lower Rated players.

Upper Division Higher Rated Players, plus volunteers to move up and the Top of the Middle Baggers.

This depends on your rating.

If the middle turns out to have 20 show up and upper to have 10 show up then the TOP five rated players will be moving up.

If you are a top rated Advance Player, don't show up and create controversy.

Be ready to move up.

DO NOT want someone with a high rating to 'cakewalk' a win against someone floating around 900 rating.

Some are volunteering to move up.

Please no controversy here.

It's about getting new into the fold.

And after all if you are a seasoned player a 10-12 down start should not be an issue.

And if you have not renewed your PDGA membership, you are not off the hook.

Will be checking scores and making comparisons to others.

This is about 'fair play.'

9 down is 970

10 down 980

12 down 1000

This is at Reed...

numbers are there...

Want a USDGC invite? Come earn it at the SAC. We are happy to announce that our PDGA State Coordinator has graciously awarded the SAC as the event that gets to give one player from Florida an invite to the USDGC for the performance flight. Sign up!  www.southeasternamateurchampionship.com

2013 “Stormie Open”

If things first. We thanked everyone responsible for completing the Debary

Course.  It took five years, But the Park has a functional 18 Hole layout.

A total of Thirty-Five players came out for the Stormie Open this year.

It was the first Tournament to play the completed course. Some came to

play on the new pads, some came to put an “ACE” under their belts,

Some came to just have fun, Some came to support the Club’s cause

in raising money, some came to partake in the free food, but I feel that

most came to help My wife Pattie (The First Lady of Debary Disc Golf) Stormie

celebrate her Birthday in Style. It was a great event that was enjoyed by all.

Thank you all for showing your love & support, and we hope to continue

this in the future, making it a fun event to be enjoyed by all in Debary.

Results of the Open will be posted on the Debary Web site, NLT tomorrow

morning.

Once again, "Thank you All".

Please go to the Tournament section of DiscGolfersRUs

and look under "The Stormie Open" for updated information.

Hope to see players there to help celebrate

my wife's (The First lady of Debary) Birthday.

I posted notes on the DeBary page. The post on this page was to (hopefully) enlist some Orlando Club members.
Sure would love to have some help. It's a big deal and a big job.
