glad to be able to have and support more women's divisions. We had a total of 16 women participate. Great to see those numbers.

I would like to thank the Orlando Club for putting on a great event.  We greatly appreciate all the hard work your club did to put this on.  This was my wife's first "B" tier event.  She enjoyed herself.  We really hope that the women's division keeps growing.

Once again from my wife "Pattie" and I, Thank you.

I will be in the area tomorrow morning and wanted to come join the club and play a little handi caps depending on the weather. It looks like T S Emily is breaking up so we might be good in the morning. I also just sighned up for the up coming global event and wanted to confirm that the intermediate division is playing the original course!?

agreed, actually there has already been some talk of remedying the issue and we should have a volunteer gearing up to help. Until then, deveolp your Melbourne turbo or play to the deep basket.

For those of you who play Airport Lakes, you may have noticed some rather tall weeds growing on in front of the pin area of #2 red. That area is not manicured (IE "mowed") by the City, as is hole #1. If we want to keep that area playable, we have to take the steps ourselves. Anyone interested in pulling those weeds up (the more effective way to keep them at bay) or cut them down, you are more than welcome to do so.

I will be leaving town for over a month starting Wed 07-13-11 and do not have the time to get out there.

Thanks in advance!

Have a good summer y'all!
