Thumbers vs. Tomahawks?

What is your favorite shot between the 2???

Mine is hands down the thumber, just because it's so comfortable and easier for me to control.
I'm just starting to alternate between the 2 for different situations

i can throw both but the thumber flies better and further.

Thumber, it just feels more comfortable. I can't get the distance I can get with the thumber, when I attempt a tomahawk.

I would rather throw the Thumber. I know how to throw it, where it will go and I feel more confident in it. I need to work on my Tomahawk.

depends of distance, shot and depth of disc rim. If I was playing superclass it would be tommy, but in normal play it is usually all thumbers.

i like to tomohawk it i cant ever get the thumber down

if you look at your hand motion it is not a no-brianer as why the thumber goes farther. your arm motion helps the disc glid and rotate. but if you play the wind a tomahawk can be more effective, the rim of the disc in a windy day will alter the throw. so if you want a good play of both you just have to practice and work on them.

My specialty is the Thumber but I can throw a Tommy....need to work on that more.
