"Two Meter Rule"

I for one didn't like this rule...and am glad that it's now a rule left up to the TD or Course Designer and not part of the regular rules package.

It seems to me that getting stuck up in a tree is more a result of bad luck...then a bad shot.

What's your opinion?

Thanks for clarifying the history JC...it was a very small window then when it was DEFAULT two meter rule. I knew it was for a bit at least.

Good points on the rule as well. I do think the rule as written now is in fact perfect as you say.
