Comment by Godfather on May 26, 2009 at 3:13pm - Had a great time at the monthly on Saturday. Played advanced ams division for the 1st time and took 4th. Tied for 1st after 1 round and then I blew up. 2 birdies and NO pars in my first 10 holes round 2. Oh well, I'll do better next time. Thanks for a great event. See you all at the Open.

- Hi there! Is there a quick easy way to find out if the Open is full or not in a certain division? I want to register, but don't want to send $$ if it's full. Any help is appreciated!

The next Tournament @ 'the nicest course around' will be our Monthlie this Sat 28th....the YEARLY tourney is 13-14, and 20-21 of June [AMs 1st weekend, then PROs].

- I LOVE ELDO! I have been there twice. Shot 5 over the first time and 5 under the second. Definitely some challenging shots, but lots of birdies up for grabs. Fun course to play.

- My husband and I just played El Do for the first time weekend before last and it was awesome. Learned the hard way that you need to keep your discs LOW (on the front 9 especially!) Definitely be heading up there for the next tourney!

Got started in the sport by John Ahart when I was riding my bike from my house right off Studebaker and saw some guys launching some Frisbees around the park. I moved to San Diego in 94' and have lived there since, but I always will have love for Eldo!

Great Course, my sons & I really like this place, no one picnics in the fairway like they do in Manhattan Beach.....
