November Disc Giveaway
Eric from the great state of Texas is this months winner. He is getting the Crossfire putter. The best putter out there. Have fun with it, and comment back to tell us what you think of it.

October Disc Giveaway
This month the winner of the Giveaway was the great people of Just Disc Golf of Ohio. They requested that the disc be sent to me because they sell Quest discs at their store. The disc will be included in my local clubs silent auction. Special thanks goes out to them.

September Disc Giveaway
Congrats to Matt from wisconsin. He will be getting a Tie Dye Rock it. The rock it is a great midrange disc that everyone should have in their bag.

8-28-08
Mr. Ed left me a comment saying that he got his Inferno from Quest, and that he is "Waiting for the rain to subside a little from the two most recent storms visiting" so he can go try it out. I hope the rest of all you club members are having good enough wether so you can play. Congrats again to Ed for being the winner. When you are able to play let all of us know what you think of the disc

August Disc Giveaway
Sorry for the delay in the announcement. The winner for this month is Mr. ED from Florida. He is getting the Inferno Driver in the new 20/80 plastic. This is a great driver made with great plastic.

July Disc Giveaway
Congratulations to Dre from St Petersburg, FL for being this months winner. He will be getting the Defender. Have fun with it.

7-8-08
The Defender is here. Quest says it is a straight, far flying disc. Slightly understable. Thrown with a little hyzer it goes a long way. The longest driver on the market.
Also new to the disc line up is the Inferno in the new premium plastic.

June Disc Giveaway
The winner for this month is Eric Garlow from Alaska. He will be getting the new Scream. Hope you like it. Good luck to everyone for next month and thanks for being part of the club.

5-23-08
Quest has re-released the Scream. The Scream was re-designed to be a great controllable driver that flies long and straight. Very easy to throw, and has incredible glide. This disc is the one that the winner of the June Disc Giveaway will get.

MONTHLY FREE DISC GIVAWAY- Each month 1 person will be picked ramdomly. That person will be sent a free Quest disc. Starts in MAY.

The Super N, stands for Super Nike. 'Nike' plastic was their base plastic, but this is better than the old stuff so they're calling it 'SUPER Nike'.

GGGT calls the plastic SRP, but Marshall calls it Super N?????

Yeah, the Defender you're talking about is the prototype (real overstable). The Defender that they mass produced has the small rim and is very understable. I use mine for tomahawks (nice barrel-roll flight pattern)

I've tried out the proto for this new disc. It has a very flat profile, which means that the rim is a bit shallow (a little more difficult to hold onto). But the disc is fairly stable when thrown backhand (some pros that tried it out are using a fan grip when throwing backhand to get a better grip on it). I throw forehand, so it's a bit understable for me (I have to throw it with hyzer).

It's still in the proto phase, but it looks promising for a stable long range driver. (just think of a flattened Scream or Assassin with a wide wing)

BTW they're calling it the Quest Terminator.

My Defender is an 80/20 blend and the rim on it is smaller than my teebirds. A friend of mine has a proto defender and the rim is a little beefer and way more stable. The 80/20 is soooo understable that I only use it for rollerz.

Yeah, my mistake, 2,6cm is max.
Did you try it out?

The Quest Defender has a pretty wide rim, but isn´t approved, do you know why?

How about the Double D? That disc has a wider wing than the Boss and it's PDGA approved. Just curious.
