Howdy all...I had an interesting 35-40ft. forehand putt for a birdie. Not that i was trying for the birdie with that type of shot but got really lucky. I have only been playing for a few months but have noticed my game improving slowly

i personally find it alot less painful to throw sidearm , i use to throw back hand but switched now no pain and decent drives evertime .

Reply to Karen Casey looking for more distance. Everyone has a little different style but I have worked endlessly on on my sidearm and I think there are two keys to distance no matter what else you do. 1. you have to explode through that release zone, that 3 foot small area where it all happens, really explode. And 2. make sure you rotate your hips, very vital to completing the explosion, if you do not rotate you usually end up slicing it or getting too much air. Your back foot should end up either parallel to you or even better in front of you. I have added probably 30-50 feet or more by focusing on those two things. Making this comment without analyzing your video, just a fundamental to apply to your throw.
Good Luck
