All these are great but I have always used only one finger under the lip with a quick flick and none of the pictures portrays my sidearm style I get my whole momentum from my opposite(non throwing) hand, I swing it through my target then a push off the back foot and a twist at the waist until I bring my throwing hand across my body and release in front of me. It is crucial to keep the disc level and parallel to the fairway Not Too Much Height ... Sidearms Hooooo

Yeah thats the one
Does anyone have a preference when it comes to keeping your elbow in or out?

When I tried keeping the elbow out I ended up having a constant sore elbow.  After switching back to keeping the elbow tucked in the pain has gone away.  So keep your elbow close to your body to eliminate pain.

in for me, i have way more controll and snap that way.

Keeping th elbow out seems like it would be very akward
elbow in always! elbow should also be leading
Thats what works for me, one finger and elbow out. I do ok with that, but would like more power. If any of you can put some tips on here for what a sidearm thrower can do to practice and get that disc just a little farther that would be nice.
