5/6. Dunno the stats, the course is super new. Here is what is on the website: he Powderhorn course has 18 holes that average between 250 and 450 feet. The holes are mostly par 3 holes with some par 4s & 5s. This challenging course is set in semi-wooded and hilly areas of the glorious Grand Mesa.

12. Stay in Palisade if you dont' mind a 35-40 minute drive to the resort or just stay at the resort.
13. Mountain Hiking etc... typical mountain experiences of a resort open in the summer.

Side Note: Season is most likely going to be Late May to Early October. I heard they might Charge a 5$ day pass fee. Still deciding on the price, if any.

Great Idea Scott! :)

There is no info about disc golf on the website. I don't have stats (the mountain stats are probably on the website) but
here is a link to our local clubs website.

You can get course info under courses or on the message board.
1. Ski resort – Sunrise DGC at Mountain High North, Wrightwood, CA
2. Course Name if different from the mountain name
3. Web Site of the Ski resort - http://www.mthigh.com/
4. Web site of Disc course if different from above - No website for Disc golf Course but Socaldiscgolf.org has tournament information
5. Stats of the Mountain – Mountain High operates three ski resorts in Wrightwood. Disc golf is at the North Resort. Elevation of North Resort 7,800ft. Only one ski lift and one tube lift at the North Resort. Lift tickets good at all three resorts and start at $49.00.
6. Course Stats – 27 holes with several pin placements on many of the holes. Annual Tourney is Sunrise Showdown in August. Modest $5.00 fee to play course on weekends.
7. When the course is open (dates of the year) Generally Open May through October - then course moves to Yucaipa Regional Park from November through April
8. Established when? ???
9. Course Pro info - Tom Bant bantsATverizonDOTnet
10. Resort contact info - check Mountain High website
11. Notes on course: Not too rugged and designed well so there is not a lot of up and down hiking. Lifts not open in the summer.
12. Recommended places to stay (hotels, camping, eat and drink) Camping right on site - Table Mountain Campground. Several small motels in Wrightwood. Great deli in the local grocery store.
13. Family alternatives – Some great Mountain Biking trails in the area and hiking trails.
