I checked in with Tim on this and received this reply:

"They (the Snap Band) are available exclusively through --discnation and they are available in different band strengths and weights.You can also order a particular disc and strength!"

This implies that its a custom, special order item. They may not be on the web due to this. You may have to go old-school and call them on the phone.
