2008 So Cal Championships

Registration for is now available for the 2008 So Cal Championships both Am and Pro Weekends. You can download the entry form at socaldiscgolf.org. Online registration is also available through Prime Discs.

There is added "value" for the Ams and added cash for the Pros. As always there will be free lunch on Saturday and awesome player packs. All ams receive players packs and all pros that register by November 1 are guaranteed to receive a player pack.

Remember that bonus So Cal Points are awarded for playing in the Championships. Am field limited to 144 players, Pro Field will likely cap at 72.

We can always use volunteers. Let me know if you are interested in helping for an hour or two on either weekend.

Here are some photos from this weekend. As you can see from the photos we were dealing with a bit of smoke and ash from the nearby fires. Masks were provided for the players on Sunday. Luckily, the smoke cleared about 1 hour into the round and we had sunny blue skies and nice warm weather for the rest of the day.
