Sun Valley Finale - Sat. Oct 4.

expecting to tee off by 8:20am so please come early enough to warm up and eat some of the 4 dozen donuts Danny plans to bring.

As always SV will have the nice all-you-can-eat $6 lunch under the trees.

If possible, we are hoping to work in a CTP Eliminator as the first official SVO 09 fund raiser. We have a stack of nice CTPs prizes and more for the 09 season. Bring a little extra bling for a shot at some of the additional goodies.

Oct. 4 is the SV Championship...18 regular and an unknown 9...should be fun and hopefully we get a good turn out.

Awesome! Thanks again to the entire Stroh Family for once again supporting the 2008 SVO.

Of special interest, we have a lot of families playing in this years event! Perhaps we will have to come up with a special prize for the best placed family.

Online Sign-ups and Mail-In (already postmarked) sign-ups now closed.

You still have options to Play this fun event!

You can arrange to get your Cash or Money Order payment to Richard or David:
- During this week leading up to the event
- On Friday at Sun Valley while the course is set up in the evening
- On Saturday Morning before the first round of the Division you hope to play in. At least 30 minutes prior to round.

Naturally, first-come-first-serve will be used for the few remaining spots in the Non-MA1/Open pool, but you are welcome to bump-up when other divisions fill.

We look forward to having all of you as guests at the 2008 Sun Valley Open.

I checked with SV regarding the walk-thru and the holiday weekend in general.

Sat. & Sun morning are bad as they have booked a lot of tee times, being the last big weekend of the summer and a 3-day at that.

On Saturday, I will offer a walk-thru at 4pm, when we might be able to play some of the holes along the way.

i'll be there today around 4pm moving a couple baskets.....hope to see people out there....maybe doubles????

I am yet to get approval from sun valley staff, but I intend to run doubles at Sun Valley on Sunday at 10 (Playing SVO layout with as many temp baskets as we can get) and then hopefully on Friday at 5 the day before the event. Also, I will plan on being out there with my Traveller basket quite frequently before the tournament, I hope to know all the layout changes as well.
