I took my distance wheel out to Chabot on Sunday. Here are the measured hole distances:

Short Tees___________Long Tees
1---274' ______________1---338'
2---184' ______________2---201'
3---210' ______________3---202'
4---218' ______________4---253'
5---288' ______________5---417'
6---209' ______________6---259'
7---169' ______________7---242'
8---270' ______________8---426'
9---159' ______________9---281'
1981 feet ____________2619 feet

These were all measured in a straight line to the pin.

As far as accuracy goes, I am skeptical about long 4,long 6 and long 9.

However, the marked signage on short 5 is 283'(5ft diff.), short 6 is 209'(0), and short 7 is 172'(-3). So I can only figure these numbers are within 3-5ft of actual.

8 long is from 7tee to 8pin.
6 is from the newer box.
4 short was measured down the new mandy low road. Same distance either way.

good job mike....we need more in the 250+ range and eliminate the 200 or less....
Nice job Mike! Now when I am discribing the course to an outsider. I can honestly say that Chabot is a 4,600 foot/ 18 holer.
I will also add that in the years I have known you, I have never seen you as flustered as you were last night because of those "Bitches on Leashes". I am glad that Jesse's elixer cooled you enough to take 6 skins.
