How Do You Turn Your Putting Around?

yeah i just saw the putting clinic with mark ellis on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eq_bh_GtjtQ
so i've been trying to follow his suggestions about 15min putting practice. i do 15 min before my 1st round and 15 min after. have only been at it for one day so i'll let you know how it works out. i just picked up a halloween stamp las vegas open disc from bruce. its marked as an l xc what kind of disc is this.

The Mark Ellis putting clinic works. It works well. In the middle it gets harder but it is worth pushing through.
I am 20X the putter I was before.
