Hey EVERYONE!
Some of you are MORE than ready!!!
We've been getting calls and emails!!!!
Seems like everyone is ready for another fantastic fun time!!!
The ranch looks good and we hope to have it mowed and ready. If it rains a 100 inches between now and then, we may even have a waterfall! ;-)
This year, we are charging $60 a player for which you will get, 2 nights camping, green fees, sweatshirt, a tournament disc, a special second disc, mini disc, pizza party Saturday night, ring of fire, and free beer!!!!
The pro shop will be open again with limited items for sale. We will stock water, drinks and a limited amount of discs as we no longer open the pro-shop full time. If you need anything specific that you'd like us to stock, please email us right away and we'll do our best to get it.
We want to make sure that campers follow the same system as last year and call us ahead of time if you have any questions. Same rules. Please read them on line. The website is updated now.
We want to acknowledge our new graphic designer, Katrina, for making an AWESOME design for this year's logo!
We will have shirts in Black and White. This year the Mock's and Hoody's are $5 extra. Add another $5 for sizes 2X and larger of any style.
Lunch will be sold on Saturday and you will pay at the time you eat directly to the caterer. Please remember to bring your money. We will NOT be doing tickets.
Saturday night, we will have ring of fire and pizza party again! If anyone wants to provide music for it, contact me and let me know.
BEST DRESSED and MOST SPIRITED TEAM will win special prizes!! Can't wait to see the outfits! This is my personal favorite!
Registration will be in the pro-shop starting at 3pm Friday. Capitans will pick up the shirts for the TEAM in the pro-shop like last year and hand them out to their team members. BUT EVERY PLAYER MUST check-in too! You must sign a waiver, pick up your discs, minis, and sign off on the sheet for check in. EACH PLAYER MUST DO THIS before noon on Saturday. We will not allow others to pick up your discs. This causes confusion and we kindly request that you pick up your own discs and sign for them.
If you have a spouse or an adult family members who will be coming along and they want to volunteer by helping us spot or in other small ways, please have them email us and we appreciate it!
Last year, we have a group of players stay behind on Monday and picked up the garbage, we can't tell you how much we appreciate their help!! This year, the ranch is closed mostl of the time and we do not have any staff at the ranch. John and I will be doing most of the work ourselves and we will have a few hired Millennium staff on Friday and Saturday.
Every year, it gets more and more difficult for us to run this tournament for one reason or another but we know how much you all enjoy it. So, we are going to do it as long as we can!! This year is our 10th YEAR! THANKS to John who started this Texas Tradition!
We respectfully ask that you all continue to help us in our goal of keeping our ranch clean and beautiful. We have continued to maintain the ranch and keep it looking pretty. We hope you will help us with this goal and help keep us keep the ranch clean and keep garbage in it's place. We have plenty of garbage bags if you need them in the pro-shop. We appreciate your help with this.
You all have been there before now and you know the rules...don't pick anything, don't litter, don't do anything we wouldn't do! :-) Last year went off really smoothly and we hope that this year will be the same. We want to keep hosting this event for you all to enjoy as long as we can handle it.
We only have two courses this year as the "back 50" is under contract and will probably be sold by then. Sign up early as we will not be able to accomodate the 300+ players we had last year with only two courses!

PS: Lastly, Got to share our good news with you all. Our company, Millennium is having a better year now that our Sirius Orion LF holds the WORLD RECORD for women in Long Distance AND at the WFDF, in Jacksonville, FL our Swedish sponsored player Sebastian took the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS for distance by throwing 172 meters! That's a good year for MILLENNIUM!
