SWEETWATER??? Sweetwater anybody? If you have a basket, even if you don't, hit me back if you are willing to go a little east into the San Diego wilderness to play a giant course, with any setup you can envision, golf with imagination.... Sunday is the day! Let's golf!

El Monte park in lakeside Saturday mornings around 9ish... Anybody willing to play $5dolla DUBZ feel free to come on out and lose your dough! We ususally Bar B Q, and alcoholic beverages are not frowned upon! You can walk with a beer without any hassle. LOVELY.

If you are tired of Morley, play Sun Valley this Sunday for the monthly. We have been trying to run a monthly for the last couple of months, but need at least 8 people to sign up early. The Aces are working hard on some new courses, but for some reason, everyone still sits around Morley.

To register for the monthly, click below.

I'm just trying to promote non-morley disc golf...

2 months!? What took you so long to mention it? Except for the drive, El Monte seems like a great park for a course; as I recall, popular but not too busy. I say call the guy and set a time for a group of us to come out and have a look, create a few holes, set up a few baskets, throw a round and see what happens. At the very least do get in touch and get more info.

Also, has anyone checked out San Dieguito County Park, corner of Highland Dr and El Camino Real in Lomas Santa Fe? I practiced there a few times last year. Has some nice open grassy fairways with enough trees to create a challenge. Also ran in to a few locals that said they threw there regularly.

Now let's play Sweetwater!!

sweatwater???...thats in my neck of the woods! please let me in the next time you rebels play!

also, being from the south bay i always thought the otay lakes area would be a great place for a course. there is a lot of development out there, but i think there is still some land out there for us!

furthermore, i was contacted about two months ago by a ranger out at El Monte Park in Lakeside about creating a course out there. the guy is willing to do a walkthrough of some sort. i still have his contact info eventhough i havent heard from him since.

please let me know what i can do, i want more disc golf san diego!
