A lot of us confuse practice, for playing a round of golf.. but the fact is playing a round is no where close 2 actual practice. we limit ourselves 2 the shots we throw everyday.never trying new shots or really paying attention 2 the shot's we make. we all know when we throw the shots we wanted 2, u know, when the disc comes out just right and on that perfect line it just feels right... now on 2 practice get out in an open field and concentrate on the shots you're throwing. paying attention to your follow through and if you were jerky or off balance during the release.try new shots, new discs, or advice from a third party... practice mid-range shots because a good upshot is a crucial part of being a consistant player. during practice always concentrate on what your trying 2 do. and keep trying until you do it. practice putting everyday, but not for extended periods of time 15-20 minutes at a time but really focus throw each shot like it counts, like it's the wining putt. REMEMBER practice off the course is just as important as practice on the course... and always be POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
