I'm surprised there are not more members here, I'm sure everyone that has played this game for any length of time has had this happen to them and watched it happen. I've lost matches because of tree love....a shot that you "know" is going bad and will add a stroke...then BOOM it gets kicked out in the fairway or next to the basket.

must show the trees some love for they show that love to me. got my first ace with a little tree love standing back watching my disc in flight i could swear i seen the tree form lips and blow my disc toward the basket. but then again i have had some tree collisions that turned out to my head hurt throwing my disc 30 40 feet in the wrong way so i guess its a give or take on that one depends on te course and the day

I tried to get one of my girls to come play disc golf. She liked the game but instead of keeping track of how many times she threw, she counted how many trees she hit. It was a fun new angle on the game.

I make it a point to hug trees that show me love; maybe they'll pass the word to their other tree friends so I'll get the max amount of tree like/love.

I love to hit trees, sometimes they redirect to the basket, sometimes they stop from going deeper into the woods... But I love to hit trees outta my glass pipe the most. :D

Tree love is great, it's the tree snub that I don't like.
