I think it'll be awhile before we make six figures in disc golf. I got fired after winning a tournament about a month back. I have been looking for a job but no dice as of late. I didn't get fired for winning the tourney, it was just bad timing :P

It's nice to be working, but the hours are not steady. One week I get 40, the next, it's 16. It's hard to pay the bills with hours like that. My wife is now getting paid from the animal shelter she was a volunteer for. It's 16 hours a week, but it's better than nothing.

Good to hear it Jack! It does feel good to get back to work. I was out for almost 5 months!

Finally got a job through a family connection at Verizon. Workin as an outside plant inspector. 6 months off was nice but it's gonna take twice that long to pay off the debt I racked up but, it sure feels good to have work to do again.

I'm a youth sports coach, and in these tough times recreational activities are the first to go. The club lost numbers, and I lost my job.

I spent all of February working close to 40 hours. Now, my hours have been cut to 24 one week and 16 next. More time to practice but how do you pay the bills with those hours?
