THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON DISC GOLF CLUB
“BRING YOUR OWN SPECIAL SOMEONE DOUBLES” DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT

WHEN: Sunday, Feb 14th, 2010
WHERE: COTTAGE GROVE DGC
TIME: REGISTRATION @ 8:00 A.M., ROUND 1 @ 9:00 A.M.
(also see attached .docx at bottom of page for official posting)

We are having a 2 division “bring your own partner” doubles tournament.

The “Romance” division is for all pairs NOT consisting of 2 males.
We encourage ladies to become involved in the sport!
Guys - bring wife/a female partner out for a fun filled day of disc golf!
Ladies – find a partner and come enjoy this casual event!

The “Bro-mance” division is for teams consisting of 2 male players.
We are planning on playing two rounds of 18 holes. First round is best-shot doubles while the second round is alternate-shot doubles.

Cost (per team): $20 “Romance”/$25 “Bro-mance”

There will be prizes for both divisions! All tournament proceeds will go to the University of Oregon Disc Golf Club and will be used towards travel expenses during the 2009-2010 season. The team took 8th place at the National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships last year and we hope to get back there this year and improve, but we cannot do it without your support. So come play in the campus tournament, and help support a good cause!
See you on the course, GO DUCKS!

This sounds like an awesome event. Maybe we can have the last of the tees installed by then. Tom and I put the last basket location in the other day. Also, does father/son partners count as "Romance" or "Bro-mance"? I'll probably make it either way. Thanks Maggie and ODGC!
