I'm getting stoked for this weekend. Dave B. and Andrew worked their butts off today weed-whacking greens and tee pads. The mowers will hit the back 9 on Thursday, so Thursday evening and Friday their will be some tidying up to do if anyone can chip in. For those of you who haven't thrown any of the holes and are thinking about signing, I suggest to quit procrastinating. It is beautiful scenery in the heart of Alton Baker Park.
The plastic that will be available for scrip and what not is top notch too. No Arch Angels and Grooves though, sorry I know you guys love those LOL.
I hope to see all those familiar faces out there this weekend. I can't express enough how sweet it is to throw bombs out there with all the scenery and fresh air.
I am only posting this because I was shocked when i found out that TEVO is not full yet. I would rather play this park than a ton of other courses in Oregon that I have played in tournaments before.
This could be a permanent course someday so I think this tourney will be monumental. Have I made my point yet?

I just realized my score wasn't right. I had -5, -2, +2, -1, should have been -6 down but my score was marked 133? In the final ten I had 3 birdies and 2 bogeys, but now that I think of it I only had 2 birdies marked. I never kept score so I never questioned it. But I actually beat Shawn then and now I feel much better lol.

Thanks for lettin' me huck at the Duck Chuck. I'm impressed with how courteous everyone was and the common folk were cool with us playing. A few were shooed out of their sunspots but no one seemed upset. I'm just glad it wasn't me doin the shooin. Congrats to Cloud the '09 champ, a Dexter Dawg from back in da days.

It's kind of sad that the average person can't tell the difference between Ultimate and Disc golf. If they watched for one minute they might be able to tell the difference, or maybe not. I would just always reiterate the word "disc" and never mention the word Frisbee again on campus. The thing I don't understand is, was the Ultimate team all guys getting half naked or a co -ed team. If it was co -ed I could kind of understand but if it was all guys I will never shake an ultimate players hand again lol.

Yes the Ultimate frisbee guys were naked. Only half naked though, either with no shirts or with no pants or undergarments. No all frisbee chuckers are not the same but ironically this is making all frisbee chuckers look bad. Now when our club is out there practicing or Dave having his class people walk by thinking that we are the Ultimate team. So this is really great and the UO Ultimate Frisbee team has really done a great service in insuring that themselves, the school, club sports, and all frisbee chuckers are respected in the community.

From my history with ultimate I can tell you that they were really naked... Yeah... memories ; )

Obviously not, or at least not the older ones. We keep our clothes on, too many things to get hurt and they don't heal as fast at our age.

I know, just figured I could get the scoop from UO fellas. Aren't all frisbee chuckers the same?
