I'm not an overhand thrower, but having said that I hear that a Discraft Z-Flick works pretty well.

Firebirds ( 12x champ and champ teebirds) if you want a wide turn and star firebird and 11x champ turns are more narrow/ faster. The 12x and teebirds are a little bit slower. Those are the best for Innova. If you want discraft then the Flick.
