Plans for a tourny at Forest Park

Event Info...

 

Ok so it looks like I may be making a return trip to Brazil in a few mounths. The plans are that sometime in Sep. - Aug. we are going to throw something together. T.D. would be John Day. We are trying to get teeshirts for everybody, and maybe even some disc for a players package. If anybody would like to help out, there will be plenty to do.

 

Its Not going to be a PDGA even...

We are doing it this way because we want to keep entry fee's as low as we can.

 

As of now we are going to try to have trophy disc for first place in Nov., Am's, Adv., Pro, and Woman.

 

What we need form you....

 

If you know anybody who sells disc in bulk localy, we are looking for a disc vendor for the event. This would allow Am divisions to pick out there own plastic. If not we well just order disc from Innova or Discraft.

 

Sponcers, any sponcer would be great.

Even if its just gift cards from a food buisness (Tacobell, BK, Outback, Chile's ect...)

Money Sponcers would be great as well

All Sponcers will be anounced at players meeting

 

My plans are to have teeshirt and hole sponcers

$25 hole sponcer, which will give the You or a company, Name and short saying on a sign which will be placed on a hole at the course for the event.

$50 teeshirt Sponcer, This will have companys name/logo on the shirt

$100 sponcer's will have large logo on teeshirt plus hole sponcership
