sunk the most fantastic beat in tee rex hole 14 at redhawk in tulsa. by far the most disgusting hole of muck I've ever been in. two feet off the bank I was already calf deep in mud. finally got to my disc about 10 feet farther out up to my thighs in mud. had to submerge to grab it but got it out safe and sound...my truck still smells like that mud/wet socks/shattered confidence...but atleast I still have my baby!

One day charity event at a temp course (someday a new permanent course) at White Rock Lake park in Dallas. Shanked my CE Aero into the skanky creek. There was already a water dog in there looking for others discs, but I had had enough, and jumped in, fully clothes. The water is just as green under the surface as it was on the top. Didn't find the disc after I used up my 3 minutes plus (but the water dog did later, and I paid him for it!) Had fun playing the rest of the round in a soaking wet TShirt. It changes your throwing dynamic. I still cashed though.

Disc up,
Played Unger Park in Saint Louis county watched 1 of my drives and 2 each of the other 2 golfers go into the drink on 1 teepad first time playing course. You really need to keep things "Unger" managment. High risk, but high reward. Heck, I ain't no U-boat driver.

DUDE! This past weekend at USWDGC I was playing West Lake Park. Hole 13 is super narrow and pretty long. Lake on either side of the fairway. There were 5 or 6 spotters who all said my drive skipped off of the water about 5 feet wide of shore and landed in bounds! Haha.... worked well for me that time!

Try watching them disappear into a swamp. Now that's some drink that you really debate if its worth going after (and I have, and it's worth it)! 2 courses down here are known for it, Boiling Springs, and Easley.

On a cleaner note, wife and I both put our fly-dye KC-Pro Gazelles in the lake at Trophy Lakes.

I was playing Knektaparken in Jönköping, I think it was in 97-98. The course is really beutiful and lots of holes have water in play so to say. Hole 4 (80m downhill) a short hole where you have to throw over a small stream, but there was a flood at that time so it was the small stream was more like a river 50meters wide and the "green" was covered with 20-30 cm of water! Decided to don´t play that hole though! Well, I played on and in the end lost two discs in the water on the 8 first holes until I gave up!

I bet this guy had a lot to do that summer!

2009 El Do Open was definitely a WATER HAZARD... I lost 2 discs in the lake, my husband lost 1 and the divers didn't find any of them. On the last day after the 3rd round I jumped in (clothes and all) to go digging around the nasty lake for my beloved Road Runner. Found 5 discs, none of which were mine :0( Also, props to Patrick Paramore for swimming SEVERAL times that weekend and pulling out lots of peoples discs!
