What is the best mixture for Spin dying discs?
I have heard several the best I have seen is:
A whole bottle of Liquid RIT dye and liquid Dawn to your prefered thickness...
also I used Power RIT, Liquid RIT, heated up ad a touch of acitone but it was too thin...
please help..

Permalink Reply by Skipper H / Ripdiscgolf.com on December 5, 2011 at 1:04am I use "sodium alginate" to thicken the dye. You can find it online on Amazon or at the Dharma Trading Co.
If you try it mix your sodium alginate in water, and only a use a small amount to start with until you learn how to mix it. It goes long ways!!! Mix it up good and let it set over night, if you are using power dye mix it with a little water and let it set for a short time. You can make it as thick as you want!
